Corrado Maggioni, president of the Pontifical Committee for International Eucharistic Congresses, on the morning of Tuesday, April 12, a meeting was held with the Local Committee of the 53rd International Eucharistic Congress 2024, whose theme is \u201cFraternity to heal the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Local Committee is made up of Monsignor Andr\u00e9s Carrascosa, Apostolic Nuncio of Ecuador, Monsignor Alfredo Jos\u00e9 Espinoza Mateus, sdb. Archbishop of Quito and Primate of Ecuador; religious men and women and lay people.<\/p>\n<p>In this meeting, among other topics, the planned schedule for the years 2023-2024, the latest details of the official logo, the progress in the selection process of the Congress Anthem, the preparations for the Plenary Assembly scheduled to take place from 11 to 2024 were presented.
